• Should have hands on experience in UNIX, Shell scripting, Oracle, PLSQL, Open Shift Fabric and Dev Ops Skills .
• Good understanding of Financial / Investment Banking Domain.
• Should have 5 to 8 years of experience in working in support role in application production support projects.
• Willing to travel to India for team meetings and trainings.
• Ready to work in 24/7 support environment.
• Manage prioritization, escalation and resolution of support incidents to the L3 & CTB teams •
• Should have worked on application support & maintenance projects with development experience.
• Certification in ITIL processes and banking knowledge is an added advantage.
• Should have experience with working on strategic & service improvement initiatives on production platforms.
• Ability to support user queries with the right spirit and optimal resolution time.
• Timely reporting, documentation and to perform Root cause analysis for issues.
• Experience decomposing complex problems into component parts for effective problem solving.
