Losma India Pvt. Ltd. is a subsidiary of Losma S.p.A., Italy, a global leader in the design and manufacture of air and liquid filtration systems used in machine tools and industrial applications. Losma India supplies a wide range of oil mist filtration and coolant filtration systems to customers in India operating in the automotive, aerospace, bearing, defense, steel, and machinery sectors.

Role Description

This is a role for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in North India. The RSM will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying potential customers, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular travel within the specified region and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Regional Sales Manager will also provide market feedback and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

Prior experience in the machine tool sector is a must

Should have pre-existing connect with senior production and procurements departments of Automotive companies & Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers

Years of experience: Min. 10 years in relevant sectors

Strong knowledge of the machine tool industry and market trends

Proven track record of sales success, including achieving targets and building customer relationships

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel within the specified region

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering
