Role Description
This is a role for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in North India. The RSM will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying potential customers, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular travel within the specified region and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Regional Sales Manager will also provide market feedback and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Prior experience in the machine tool sector is a must
Should have pre-existing connect with senior production and procurements departments of Automotive companies & Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers
Years of experience: Min. 10 years in relevant sectors
Strong knowledge of the machine tool industry and market trends
Proven track record of sales success, including achieving targets and building customer relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel within the specified region
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering
