Associate Consultant/US IT Recruiters

Position Overview:

We are seeking candidates for the role of Associate Consultant/US IT Recruiter. The primary responsibility of this position is to source, screen, and place candidates for various IT roles within US-based companies.

Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific positions.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and provide support throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.

Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively advise clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector, is desirable but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates.

Knowledge of IT terminology and industry trends is beneficial.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Understanding of US employment laws and regulations.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
