Business Integrity Senior Investigator

Job Responsibilities:

SpeakUp (whistleblowing) investigations and liaise with prosecuting authorities as required.

to legal and regulatory requirements.

all activity in line with the Investigation Framework

out witness and suspect interviews as necessary.

and preserve evidence to criminal (PACE Act) standards

as a witness in criminal and civil court proceedings, presenting evidence as required.

with external bodies e.g., Police and regulatory investigators, providers of services to Capita, investigators of partners and clients.

with whistleblowers, understanding their concerns, signposting support, and adhering to international laws pertaining to the treatment of whistleblowers.

the management and maintenance of Capita’s SpeakUp (whistleblowing) process, in compliance with UK and international whistleblowing legislation, data privacy considerations and other relevant legislation.

clear, concise, and timely reports following all investigations using analysis of evidence and carefully argued rationale to reach demonstrably sound conclusions,

control weaknesses and recommendations as part of the investigation, providing advice, support and oversight to aide implementation.

the Head of Business Integrity in driving the awareness of Business Integrity within Capita.

Support the recovery of assets, through criminal and civil recovery.

Preferred Candidate:

Graduate, candidates with certifications are preferred

Experience - 4-10 years of experience

Location - Mumbai (The candidates should be ready to relocate)

Shift Timings- 1-10pm
