Area Manager (Business Loans)

Since our start in 2020, we have grown rapidly across multiple lending products in the Secured and Unsecured portfolios. In 2023 we introduced Business Loans in the market and after witnessing success with it, we are now scaling up and expanding our presence to more locations across India.
We are looking to build our Business Loans teams in the South, West & North India regions in the locations of -
Mumbai, Delhi, Surat, Ahmedabad, Bangalore
The Area Manager (Business Loans) is responsible for selling Godrej Capital’s Business Loans and other related products.
Role Description:
Plan & execute the Business Loans (BL) strategy for month/quarter to ensure goals are achieved
Work with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery.
Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned
Identify potential channel partners based on agreed profiles and ensure tie up is in accordance with the business plan & SOPs.
Control, monitor & expand distribution network, carry out marketing, sales & brand building activities to attract new customers
Engage with customers & manage relationships with DSAs to pitch business loan products and build a quality portfolio for Godrej Capital
Carry out pre and post loan disbursal activities for business loans, and work towards renewal loans
Who we are looking for:
Qualification - MBA/PGDM or any equivalent Master's program
1 to 3 years' experience in sales of financial products preferably loan products and Business Loans, unsecured loans
Should have a good understanding of the product and competition in the given space
Self-motivated and Perseverance to achieve the end objective of activity undertaken within timelines
Ability to understand business financials & assess health of cases
Relationship building & networking
Internal stakeholder management
Good analytical skills
