Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of optimizing production processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and coordinate production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.

Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high level of productivity and morale.

Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement process improvements, including the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.

Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet production targets and quality standards.

Manage inventory levels and materials procurement to support production schedules while minimizing excess inventory and waste.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all production staff.

Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, to resolve production-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 8 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of machine manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and quality control.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve common goals.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and manufacturing ERP systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
