Finance Associate

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Associate. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience who are ready to deepen their financial expertise in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute daily accounting tasks and financial activities.

Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Prepare financial reports and statements with a high degree of accuracy.

Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Operate and manage financial systems and software, particularly Tally.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GST laws and ensure compliance in all financial operations.

Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in commerce from a reputed university in India.

Residency in Vadodara with the ability to work full-time at our Vadodara office.

1-2 years of professional experience in a finance-related role.

Hands-on experience with Tally accounting software is mandatory.

Strong understanding and working knowledge of GST laws.

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Good grasp on written and spoken English.

Postgraduate degree in MBA Finance or other relevant Master's degree preferred.
