Senior Travel Consultant

tourHQ is an online platform that connects travellers to guides around the world. We are looking for a Travel Relationship Manager to join our team. This will be a hybrid working position- partly work from home, and partly from the office in Hauz Khas in New Delhi (Currently the entire team comes to office twice a week). Therefore, we will not consider candidates who would like to do only remote work- if you are not based in NCR, you will need to be willing to move to Delhi

Responsibilities-

1) Maintain the relationship with our tour guides and suppliers. Work with them on the entire range of tourHQ products.

2) Assist travellers in using the tourHQ system, as well as planning their holiday.

3) Act as the relationship manager who interacts with both the customers and our travel suppliers, and help them get the best out of the website.

4) As with any job in the travel industry, working on weekends may be required. Your working hours will depend on the countries that you will cover.

Qualifications-

2 years experience in the travel and tourism industry.

May consider freshers ONLY from premier educational institutes.

You would have done well in your school and college. It would be a positive if you have done post graduation in a tourism related field.

You should have excellent spoken english. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with working on computers, and technology in general.

Should be either already in NCR or be willing to relocate there.

Total package will be in the range of Rs 25k-40k depending on work experience. In addition, you may be eligible for incentives (not guaranteed).
