Ahvi Infotech is seeking a talented and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team on an initial two-month contract basis. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization.

Consultant Fees: 10,000 to 15,000

Salary of employee: 15,000 to 30,000

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Contract Details:

The successful candidate will initially be offered a two-month contract with Ahvi Infotech.

The contract includes a 7-day notice period for termination.

Upon demonstrating exceptional performance during the initial two-month period, candidates will be considered for full-time employment with Ahvi Infotech.

Training and Development:

During the initial contract period, Recruitment Consultants will undergo comprehensive training and development.

Training will include practical sessions led by experienced Leads, providing hands-on experience and on-the-job training.

Consultants will receive guidance on utilizing our global ATS system, Manatal, as well as leveraging recruitment portals such as LinkedIn and Naukri.

Consultants will also receive training on essential tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI for reporting purposes.
