About the Role- Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Co-develop and drive BI India's editorial strategy in the core domains

- Pitch, write at least 2-3 articles or updates per day around trending news

- Identify fresh, interesting angles and ensure at least one of the daily coverage is a deep-dive feature article with quotes

- Design long-term content planning and execute it by meeting weekly targets and deadlines

- Work with the team to achieve all the editorial and brand priorities and ensure the content adheres to the editorial guidelines and standards

The ideal candidate has:

- At least 3-10 years of experience

- Has both desk-based reporting and editing experience

- Knows how to distil complicated concepts into a clean, clear copy that needs minimal line edits

- Proven track record in reporting, writing, proofreading and copyediting in finance and related fields

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and a passion for digital storytelling

- Ability to work quickly and collaboratively with a fast-paced team

- Flare to generate informative and inspirational stories that are accurate, fair, fast, and fun
