Job Purpose

1. This role is crucial for driving operational and tactical matters related to the company’s growth plans, policies and processes, statutory and regulatory compliances, ESG agenda, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

2. Overall responsibility for managing/overseeing FP&A, including Finance, Accounts, MIS, GST, Direct and Indirect taxation, Customer Credit, Statutory and Regulatory Compliance, Audits, AOP, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Banking, and Treasury

3. Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Candidate Profile

1. CAs with 10-15 years of experience in multi-plant, multi-locational Manufacturing organizations with a current turnover of at least INR 1000 crores. Must have had some experience in pharma manufacturing organizations.

3. Excellent business orientation and partnering with a proven track record.

4. Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence leadership and manage well across the organization.
