Your Responsibilities
Create high quality stylized and realistic game ready assets like characters, props, environments and more
Formulate style guides and benchmark assets wherever necessary
Participate in art reviews and troubleshoot any art issues with artistic solutions from a creative and technical standpoint
Set up workflows for 3D art production
Knack for problem-solving and figuring out the best ways to achieve a given task
If required, be able to handle the quality and delivery of a 3D project.
Requirements: Skills & Experience We are Looking For
5+ years of relevant industry experience
A comprehensive understanding of the 3D game art pipeline
Quick visualization ability from either written description, discussed ideas or concept art
Advanced knowledge of 3D Sculpting, Modelling, Texturing and Rendering
A strong grasp of Zbrush Sculpting, Substance Painter Texturing and strong knowledge in Maya, Max or any equivalent 3D program
A relevant portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D Modeling / Sculpting and Texturing works
Some experience and understanding in using game engines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing effective collaboration with a wide variety of project staff
