Summary

Seeking a senior partner marketer with experience across all aspects of partner marketing. You will own the partner marketing strategy and execution the Fosfor Decision Cloud, ultimately driving joint go-to-market strategies with key focus partners in order to achieve defined partner-channel revenue goals. You will collaborate with team members in the appropriate functional areas to leverage content, paid and organic digital channels, physical channels, 1:1 relationships, sales training and enablement materials to support partner GTM strategies.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate demand across partner channels.

Develop a deep understanding of partner solutions and how they integrate/compliment Fosfor and develop joint value prop messaging for various target personas.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to design partnership collateral, including presentations, emails, briefs, case studies, etc.

Collaborate with product marketing, internal SMEs, and partner resources to develop and adapt joint thought leadership and other content assets to use in co-marketing activities.

Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute joint partner events and sponsorships of partner events where appropriate.

Correspond with partner resources by developing an effective communications framework that informs, empowers, and incentivizes partners to execute our joint GTM strategies.

Analyze partner target account lists to prioritize joint account outreach activities.

Understand partner organization chart and develop relationships with appropriate partner resources to facilitate maximum traction with the partner.

Collaborate with the demand gen team to develop and execute joint and partner-customer-targeted campaigns.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

Proven ability to plan and execute joint partner GTM strategies.

Extensive knowledge of partner marketing principles and strategies.

Experience developing and executing email and social media campaigns targeting partner prospects.

Experience with both physical and virtual event (e.g. partner summit, joint webinar) preparation, setup, and management and event lead follow-up.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and content development skills. Writing samples including examples of medium- or long-form (blog, eBook, whitepaper) content required. Please submit these with your application.

Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

B2B SaaS software marketing experience required.

Experience working with software products targeted at technical personas (CIO/CTO/CDO/CAO/CDAO chains of command) required. Familiarity with data management, data science, business intelligence, advanced analytics, and AI/ML concepts helpful.

Knowledge of HubSpot or another marketing automation platform required; proficiency with ZoomInfo, DemandBase, and LinkedIn helpful.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.

Five+ years of related experience required.
