Here's the schedule: Monday-Friday

Starting at 7:00am to when the work is completed.

Here's the pay: Our starting pay is $18.00 an hour.

Work 40 hours a week = $720.00 a week

The Reset Execution Specialist is responsible for executing all resets and implementation of an account’s category space in Off Premise retail accounts. This role executes a strategic market portfolio, space assortment and reset execution of captainships. This role works directly with the sales team and reports back all successes and opportunities to the Category team. This role is part of the Off Premise Sales team.

Bottom line... You'll be moving, rotating and displaying BEER & Spirits.

Here's more of what you will do:

Partners with the Off Premise Sales teams to execute resets in the marketplace.

Performs reset execution at all Independent and Chain Off Premise accounts in support of Service Excellence and Customer Centric Solutions.

Updates and/or replaces pricing signage and POS as applicable during market resets.

Replaces incorrect/inaccurate pricing signage or notifies the Account Manager as applicable.

Replaces or replaces POS and other signage.

Maintains category and account technical documentation during execution of resets to ensure consistency across the Customer Experience and Category Management team.

Ensures account is clean and organized at end of reset; Aisles, Coolers, Backroom and Inventory Areas).

Performs execution evaluation of all resets to determine profitability and gain retailer confidence.

Uses in depth understanding of data-led selling stories and Planogram proposals that support National Accounts and Independent accounts to help grow Andrews’ share of space and market share.

Makes problem resolution recommendations on Retailer category management issues.

Partners and collaborates with Category Development National Accounts and Strategic Space team during reset design to accurately execute reset solutions in the market.

Assists in the completion of pre-work on planogram printing, adjusting planograms with corrections during the reset in the store and executing all follow up work (i.e., Communicating to Sales teams and Retailer, Printing cooler reversals, Adjusting price tags, etc.) needed post reset.

Provides insights and feedback on suitability during approval process as needed to support retailer requirements.

Partners with the Sales team to determine reset opportunities.

Performs schematic surveys to identify opportunity accounts.

Communicates any changes in the retail landscape either from competitive activity or new retail account opportunities (i.e., More display space, New locations, Additional window/cooler space, New retail beer/display strategies, etc.).

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role:

High School Graduate or Equivalent Certificate

Two Plus Years’ Consumer Product Goods (CPG) Sales Experience; Previous Merchandising and/or Servicing Retail Accounts

Strong Understanding of the Beer/Beverage Industry

Ability to Analyze Data and Develop Solutions

Understanding of General/Shelf Merchandising Principles from Previous Retail Experience

Strong Relationship Building, Communication and Influencing Skills

Basic Technical Skills and Abilities

Current Valid Driver License; Must Have Dependable Vehicle To Use During Daily Shift; Must Carry Required Level of Insurance

Previous Selling Experience

Previous Brand Management Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or Related Field

Cicerone Certified Beer Server

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Ability to pull/push a load up to 55 lbs.

Requires heavy and repetitive lifting/placement of products up to 55 lbs.

Bends, stoops, squats, kneels, crouches, crawls, climbs ladders and stairs, stands, walks, and turns/pivots frequently throughout duration of workday.

Must tolerate working in an environment with inside/outside ambient/extreme temperatures.

Must be able to work in noisy and crowded environments.

Ability to operate facility equipment required for role.

Ability to use a personal computer for tasks such as communicating via email, preparing reports and other forms of documentation using company and industry software.

Ability to speak, hear, and see is required to communicate with employees, and to operate computers and office machinery.

Hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation skills are necessary to operate computers and various facility machinery and equipment.

Driving is required during the workday.

Ability to perform job functions in compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety policies and best practices.

Must be able to maintain a current/valid driver's license.

Must maintain regular and punctual attendance.
