Reporting to the Director, Operations, the Implementation and Online Booking Tool (OBT) Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing continuous support and optimization of internal systems and processes.
This dynamic position involves the integration of cutting-edge technology to streamline operations and elevate service standards. With a focus on innovation and customer-centric solutions, the Manager will lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee, manage, and assess online booking tool (OBT) implementations from inception to launch, offering ongoing support post-deployment
Assist in facilitating technology adoption and maintenance for clients
Mid-office support (Cornerstone experience is a plus)
Assist operations team with researching and resolving client enquiries
Support Client Relationship Manager in preparation of quarterly/yearly reviews
Assist in loading and testing of vendor contracts through GDS
Support with routine or ad hoc client credit reports, as needed
Oversee Client Service Log
Assist with agent queues (commission checks) as needed
TMC agent backup if needed when required
Other tasks as requested
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate travel
GDS experience in Sabre 360, ideally Native – preferred
Experience in working with OBT (Concur/DEEM, etc) is a plus
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, analytical, and shows the ability to multi-task
Experience using Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
