Job Description:

As a Program Manager for our Procurement Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our initiative. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end program governance, establishing efficient ways of working.

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Procurement Efficiency program, focusing on strategizing, implementing, and maintaining initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills to drive transformational change in our procurement processes.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to outline the scope, deliverables, necessary resources, work plan, budget, and timelines for new initiatives.

- Efficiently oversee program and project teams to ensure maximum return on investment, while also coordinating and delegating tasks across projects.

- Determine critical requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors to streamline operations.

- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring accountability for achieving established business objectives.

- Collaborate with fellow program managers to identify and address risks and opportunities across various projects within the department.

- Conduct thorough analysis to assess and mitigate program risks, while also generating detailed program reports for stakeholders and managers.

- Develop and implement a robust governance framework for the Procurement Efficiency program.

- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes for project stakeholders.

- Establish regular reporting mechanisms to track progress, risks, and issues.

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including procurement professionals and senior management, to gather requirements and align expectations.

- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively to ensure buy-in and support for the project.

- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of all project activities to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

- Mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively to keep the project on track.

- Collaborate with technical teams to leverage relevant technologies for product development.

- Ensure the product meets market requirements through thorough analysis and stakeholder feedback.

- Drive product enhancements and optimizations based on industry trends and customer needs.

- Facilitate organizational change by promoting the adoption of new processes and technologies related to procurement efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related field.

- Proven experience (15+ years) in project management, preferably in supply chain management or procurement.

- Strong understanding of program governance principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET Core, Angular, and familiarity with Linear Programming and Gen AI technologies.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results under pressure.
