Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Support Intern at Estrella Digitals. As a Telecaller Support Intern, your day-to-day tasks will involve making outbound calls to potential clients, answering incoming calls, providing information about our services, and assisting with customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating customer databases, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate information and explain services to potential clients
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to accurately record and update customer information
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office
Prior experience in a customer service or telecalling role is a plus
Interested in the media and entertainment industry
