Visit :

Requirements-

1. Knowledge of intra-state open access policies and regulations, especially captives and group captives

2. Working knowledge of CERC Connectivity and GNA regulations 2022, for interstate sale and purchase of power

3. Computation of landed cost of electricity under Intra-state and inter-state open access transactions

4. Ability to do policy analysis of open access market in key states

5. Knowledge of ISTS project development and regulations/policy framework applicable

6. Preferable to have prior experience of working with nodal agencies (such as MNRE, MoP, state energy development authorities, solar and wind associations)

7. Tracking of state and central level tariff notifications (Multi Year Tariff frameworks, ARR and Tariff order filings) 8. Working knowledge of rooftop solar markets (regulations, business models such as capex/opex)

Qualification - Energy studies – any field

Competencies / Key Skills Required -

1. Research competencies including writing skills for regulatory submissions to nodal agencies

2. Strong technical and analytical skills

3. Strong written and oral communication skills especially customer interactions and technical report writing skills

4. Passion for working in an open, sharing, and constructive environment where colleagues’ welcome opportunities to assist each other, respect others’ opinions while solving challenging technical problems

5. Willingness to travel (10-25% is typical)
