Work as part of the team with Production and other departments to provide a fully functional tool to meet customer quality expectations.
* Disassemble, clean, reassemble tooling after production runs.
* Operate a variety of equipment, and use hand-work to clean, repair, and prepare tooling for production.
* Diagnose and correct problems encountered while running tooling online.
* Clean and repair die heads and flange plates.
* Wire, test, install and maintain heater bands and electrical cords.
* Adhere to and complete work within the 5S standards, SOPs, and OSHA guidelines.
What you bring: * High school degree, or equivalent.
* Previous industrial experience.
* Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot.
* Good reading and mathematical proficiencies * Ability to operate hand tools, and equipment required to complete job related tasks * Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend * Safety focus with a willingness to adhere to safety guidelines.
