The Front Desk Coordinator position at NIMA is a sales and customer service position.

The specific responsibilities for a Client Coordinator: * Handle incoming phone calls, scheduling clients for treatments and consultations * Overseeing contracts are complete and entered * Confirmation calls and managing the flow of every client experience * This individual is responsible for all point of sales processes * Greeting clients, delivering excellent customer service, nightly reporting and reconciling * Respond to all incoming electronic leads and get them on 'The Spa' schedule The requirements for success as a Client Coordinator: * Personality is absolutely critical; you must be outgoing, friendly, good with people, upbeat, positive, bubbly...
