Luminator is seeking to fill our full time Field Service Technician role to join our growing and dynamic Field Service team where you will be an integral part of the team by providing valuable input as we work toward assessing and implementing goals and mission of the department and Luminator. An ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting customer service, daily repairs, and providing preventative maintenance schedules for metro transit agencies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in daily repair issues located within metro transit agencies.

Conduct routine preventative maintenance schedules including video surveillance equipment for bus and rail fleet

Provide hardware/software training along transit operations support

Provide warranty/non-warranty retrofits via installation or troubleshooting

5% international travel readiness

Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Management of multiple assignments simultaneously

Expertise with electrical systems with use of voltmeter

Skilled in testing and recording voltages

Strong MS Office and analytical skills

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

3 + years of experience in technical services preferred
