The roleResponsible for end-to-end customer management repair cycle, booking, updating and general point of contact

Liase with centralised key functions, suppliers and assessors

Timely and accurate maintenance of records

General reception and office management duties

Provide and promote a strong service culture, responding effectively to clients and supporting the production team.

Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in a service-oriented environment.

Demonstrated ability to deliver professional and efficient service to customers, suppliers and other stakeholders

Proficient computer skills.
