Position: Software Engineer

Salary: $120,000 plus 11% superannuation per year

Hours: 40

Mode: Full time

Location: Suite 108, M Centre, 11 Palmerstone lane, Manuka ACT 2603

Experience required: 10+ years plus experience in relevant roles.

At NV Digital, we are on the lookout for a talented Software Engineer to lead our SAP solution development and integration efforts. This role is integral to propelling our technology initiatives forward, ensuring that our systems are robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with our strategic objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

· Design and structure technology solutions that align with company goals, utilizing the most suitable technologies, frameworks, and tools.

· Oversee the development and implementation processes to ensure adherence to planned architectures and seamless integration with existing systems.

· Provide technical guidance and support to software development teams, ensuring clarity on system requirements and adherence to best practices.

· Proactively address and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.

· Uphold coding standards, ensure high-quality code, and document system architectures and development processes.

· Manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

· Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders regarding technical requirements and system capabilities.

· Remain up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to continually enhance system capabilities.

· Conduct coding for complex SAP modules and optimize existing code to enhance performance.

· Configure SAP systems and integrate them with other business applications, maintaining interfaces between SAP and external systems.

· Have good exposure on SAP Extended Warehouse Management inbound and outbound processes.

· Experience in End to End SAP TM implementation project covering scoping, planning, business workshops, Gap/Fit Analysis, Process Designs, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, Data Migration and Pre & Post Go-Live Support.

· Lead testing phases to ensure compliance with performance and security standards.

· Monitor and tune system performance through strategic adjustments in SAP configurations and code.

· Implement security measures to safeguard data and operations.

· Provide continuous support and maintenance for SAP environments, troubleshoot issues, and manage upgrades.

· Explore innovative tools and programming techniques to advance technological capabilities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Other Skills and Requirements

· Strong problem-solving capabilities and experience managing complex software development projects.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders.

· Experience working with German clients, understanding their specific needs and business processes.
