Job Summary:HCA s Forward Pathology Solutions is seeking a PRN Pathologist, Board Certified in Anatomical and Clinical Pathology, for our West Florida Division providing coverage at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital and HCA Florida Brandon Hospital.

Qualified Candidates:

AP/CP certification or board eligibility

At least three years of hospital-based experience

Active Florida Medical License or eligible to obtain

Comfortable with the full scope of AP and CP for community hospital practice

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience building collaborative relationships with hospital staff and referring physicians.Pathology Work Description:

Wide range of surgical pathology specimens

Cytology cases primarily consist of a variety of non-GYN specimens, thyroid FNA s, and lung FNA s.

Clinical pathology may include peripheral smears and blood bank reviews.About Forward Pathology Solutions (FPS):

Provides professional services to over 70 HCA Healthcare hospitals and Integrated Regional Laboratories
