Job Summary Investigate, track, locate and repossess offline (single or double) and stolen vehicles as per the coordinates given by your coordinator.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Job Description/Requirements DEPARTMENT: REPOSSESSION REPORTING STRUCTURE: REPOSSESSION MANAGER NUMBER OF VACANCIES: 6 (2 FOR EACH OF THREE REGIONS) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum age - 25 years.

Diploma holder, not a must.

Driving license at least ‘’B’ Minimum 3 Years’ continuous driving experience.

Ready to stay and work at upcountry locations - Northern region, Western Region and Eastern Region in Uganda.

Applicants must indicate their preferred Region.

The ability to communicate in languages spoken within the preferred region is an added advantage.

SKILLS: Have good report writing/computer skills Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal / customer handling skills Have the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders- external and internal customers (staff). Good driving skills.

High level of confidentiality.

HOURS OF WORK: You will be required to work six days a week.

Monday to Saturday.

Due to the nature of your work, you may be required to work beyond normal working days and hours.

You should take time off when the workload is low and remain on duty when we are busy.

However, you must do this in coordination with your supervisor and colleagues to ensure there is always sufficient cover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Investigate, track, locate and repossess offline (single or double) and stolen vehicles as per the coordinates given by your coordinator.

Investigate, track, and locate stolen vehicles.

Do a search on the location of the vehicle units as per the received instructions, and communicate to the financial institutions if there are any problems with the unit’s tracking systems.

Networking with relevant stakeholders.

Communicate with other tracking companies and stakeholders where need arise.

Keeping proper documentation and sending reports on the progress of the said cases.

Ensuring that all reports that are required from you are sent to relevant people in time and without fail.

Ensuring that you adhere to the setup timelines in the recovery activities that pertain to your desk.

If assigned company motor vehicle, ensure is well maintained as per the service schedule and maintain cleanness of the same.

Service the company car at the authorized service centers.

Ensure your personal tracker is always on.

Ensure always to have 2 backup units with you at all times.

Slip in a backup unit when you encounter an offline unit.

Adhere to the processes, procedures, and code of conduct as provided by the company.

Any other duty that may be assigned, in line with your department, by your supervisor.
