Content Film Producer (Adult Ministries Content)

The content film producer will be responsible for coordinating people, places and things in regard to all film projects. They will be heavily involved with each ministry team's projects and a master of all the fine details that are needed to pull off a film project. Strong coordination and administrative skills are needed to pull all these logistical pieces together as well as a love for collaborating with others, and a keen creative eye to help support all projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Work closely with ministry teams and attend meetings, debriefs, and assist in meeting project goals/ deadlines

Will coordinate talent and book script readings/ meetings

Help assist the work on the administrative end of the film team, lighting crews, or editors with any equipment and rentals needed

Manages call sheets, receipts, talent schedules, props, bookings and rentals, among other administrative tasks

Has a keen eye for talent, creative insight, and project flows in the film world a whole

Ability to contribute to creative brainstorming, and collaboration within the team, and other ministry teams

Qualifications:

Performs work under direct supervision.

Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.

Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 0 to 2 years of experience.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Oral and written communication skills.

Ability to meet deadlines.
