The Role:

Reporting to the managing director of Data Insight Dpt, Manager — Research & Analytical Insights works closely with other teams to support research studies and projects, drive consumer insights from existing syndicated studies, and support client presentations.

The syndicated research is one of the core services of J.D. Power and has great impacts on the automotive industry both in the Chinese market and globally. The role will have the chance to help the industry grow more efficiently and healthily by generating actionable insights from listening to the voice of customers.

Responsibilities:

Provide substantial supports to research designs for syndicated studies

对联合研究项目的研究设计提供重要支持

Lead the delivery jobs in the responsible projects of syndicated studies and Fulfill the requirements from the clients and the company.

Work closely with the operations teams to ensure high data quality and meet study timeline.

Deliver analytical insights for key syndicated studies

Support the methodology design for proprietary research proposal and reports

Provide support to new product development and research on research initiatives

Qualifications:

Proficient Chinese and English writing and communication skills. Ability of presentation in English,

中英文写作 沟通流利. 可以进行英文提案

Deep understanding and insight of automotive industry, especially in NEV area. Experiences in OEMs would be preferred.

Sufficient experience/knowledge of Market Research

PC application: MS office & SPSS

MS office 及SPSS软件能力

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, master degree preferred.

至少4年本科学历 硕士有优势

Minimum of twelve years of work experience, with at least six year of market research experience, preferably with an automotive industry experience.

至少12年工作经验 其中至少6年在市场调研相关领域 汽车行业经验将有帮助

Solid mathematical, analytical, and written skills required. Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word specifically).

Solid application skills of SPSS, R or Python preferred but not essential.
