About the role:

This person will play a vital role in creating an exceptional employee experience while overseeing Shared Services and providing localized HR support to our growing team in Manila. You will report into our Senior Director of Talent Management, and you will collaborate closely with the global HR, IT, G&A teams to emphasize service delivery, streamline processes, and foster a culture of excellence and inclusivity.

Collaborating closely with the People Operations Generalist team and other Centers of Excellence, the successful candidate will ensure the seamless execution of HR processes and the delivery of high-quality services to our employees.

In this role you can expect to:

Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees, managers, and other stakeholders, providing timely and accurate responses and escalating issues when necessary.

Manage employee data and records within the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Collaborate with the People Operations Generalist team to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, conducting audits and assessments as needed

Coordinate employee events, activities, and initiatives to promote a positive culture.

Collaborate with managers to address team dynamics and facilitate effective communication.

Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for employees and managers on HR-related topics, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

You are a good fit if you:

Proven experience in shared services, people operations, and administration, preferably in a fast-paced and high growth environment.

General knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams, time zones and the globe.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in HRIS software and other tech software like Google Suite, Slack, Notion, etc.
