Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, advanced analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and cost plans that align with project objectives.

Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Monitor project budgets, comparing planned vs. actual costs to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal resource utilization and project progress.

Generate regular progress reports, highlighting project status, potential issues, and corrective actions taken.

Manage project scope changes, evaluating their impact on cost and schedule while obtaining proper approvals.

Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress and challenges.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and efficiency.

Recommend and implement best practices to improve project management processes and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in project control or project management, ideally within engineering or construction.

PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are advantageous.

Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve project control issues.

Efficient multitasking to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks within deadlines.

Clear verbal and written communication for coordinating with stakeholders.

Ability to lead project teams, motivate staff, and handle conflict resolution.

Keen eye for identifying discrepancies in project schedules or budgets.

Ability to thrive in dynamic and challenging environments.
