**Role Overview:**
As the HR Head at Kidzonia International Preschools in Navi Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's human resources strategy and ensuring the effective management of all HR functions. You will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, fostering a positive work culture, and driving HR initiatives that support the organization's overall objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Strategic HR Planning:**
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Kidzonia's overall goals and objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and areas for improvement, providing strategic guidance and support.
2. **Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:**
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles.
- Develop effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions for new employees and facilitate their integration into the organization.
3. **Performance Management:**
- Design and implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate goal-setting processes to align individual and organizational objectives.
4. **Employee Relations and Engagement:**
- Promote a positive work culture and foster strong employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and recognition programs.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, motivation, and retention.
5. **Training and Development:**
- Identify training and development needs within the organization and develop relevant programs to address them.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
6. **HR Policies and Compliance:**
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment standards, and ethical practices in all HR processes and activities.
7. **HR Administration and Record-Keeping:**
- Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
Requirements
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR leader or senior HR professional, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in India.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of driving HR initiatives and managing change.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) would be an advantage.
