Function and Job Scope:

Reinforce learning experience and effectiveness, orchestrate learning solutions to elevate retail people capability and deliver ultimate luxury service, build up learning system, promote talent development to drive business growth and service excellence. Leverage internal resources, organize, implement and evaluate training programs delivery.

Fragrance and Beauty product knowledge and client experience training program delivery in terms of planning, localization by territories, execution and quality control.

Deployment of coaching strategy/mechanism; feedback and follow up.

Detect specific training needs in north region and provide customized retail operation training solution.

Key Responsibilities / What you can bring to the team:

Defining long term training strategy according to company business growing status and direction. Closely working with retail team and other cross-function departments detect the specific retail training needs and provide customized training solution to effectively support the sales performance growing.

Defining customized and intelligent coaching strategy based on the territory characteristic, sales performance and specific needs. Keep providing sufficient and efficient filed coaching support.

Constructively working with Global/Regional training team in terms of retail training needs and retail competencies development.

Effectively managing the retail training cost and budget planning to support the smooth training system operation.

Keeping regular and dynamic communication with FBP working partners and other division. Effectively support corporate events, program and projects when needed.

Person Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

University Degree and above

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years working experience in training of Fragrance and Beauty industry.

Required Competencies

Outstanding influence and presentation skill; A good communicator;

Stick to company principle and high-level brand standard, logical, and detail-oriented, strive to a higher quality standard;

Well organized and able to handle multi-task;

Quick and appropriate response and flexibility to deal with urgent cases;

Strong leadership and strong people developing skill;

Self-initiative, proactive mindset, passionate and team spirit;

Delicate appearance and elegant style in manners;

Good command of MS Office and fluent in English and Mandarin, local language is a plus;
