Responsibilities
Deliver Business
Develop E4E platform development strategy
Track business momentum and identify issues and opportunities of current E4E portfolio, including Taro and Sweet Potato lines
Consumer education
Lead Taro/Sweet Potato brand build agenda to deliver consumer proposition
Breakthrough consumer education with precision at scale and effienciency
Qualifications
Independent project leadership to bring cross-functional teams together to deliver OTIF
Strong creativity to unlock new ways of doing innovation & brand communication
Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must;
Basic knowledge of Marketing innovation/ Campaign development / Consumer Insights / Market research
6+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably with FMCG
Working experience on marketing innovation is important capability or this role
Passionate on brand marketing and innovation
Strong data analysis skill, logical thinking with a clear mind
Very committed and accountable with high sense of responsibility to follow things through regardless of challenges
Great collaboration and communication skills
Creative, open minded and digital savvy
