About the Role

Join the US-based team as an Email Marketing Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in executing email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement and revenue. Bring your expertise in Klaviyo and Attentive to create compelling campaigns and personalized customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Implement email campaigns in Klaviyo aligned with marketing objectives.

Build and maintain automated workflows, including welcome series and abandoned cart emails.

Utilize data segmentation techniques to target specific audience segments and personalize email content.

Implement A/B tests to optimize performance metrics.

Analyze campaign results to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Experience & Software

Related bachelor and at least 2 years of experience in campaign strategy and email marketing.

Must have advanced Proficiency in Klaviyo, Yotpo, justuno, GA4 or similar platforms for email and SMS campaigns.

Knowledge in project management platforms such as Asana, slack or gsuite.

Excel proficient.

Experience in campaign execution, automation workflows, segmentation, and personalization.

Knowledge of A/B testing, performance analysis, and list management best practices.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Must have worked in an agency environment with DTC brands
