Overview:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in support of our electronic security line of business. The Project Coordinator shall be responsible for administrative actions supporting all functions of the multi-contract portfolio and assist with the effective, efficient, and economical operations of all activities. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and be proactive.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Get To Do:

Serve as the administrative coordinator of all activity throughout the life of the portfolio of contracts.

Assist with program scheduling and coordinate development of contract reports and deliverables as required.

Develop and maintain project schedules.

Assist with recruiting and pre-employment functions to include: reviewing resumes and following up with prospective employees to ensure necessary information is completed.

Track and maintain guard workforce registrations, licensure renewals, and other requirements as needed.

Provide and coordinate quality control reports, problem notification reports and contractor discrepancy reports, as needed.

Verify timesheets of assigned workforce.

Verify approval of invoices for supplies and services prior to the General Manager.

Monitor tasks and keep the Sr. Operations Support Manager abreast of all problems and accomplishments.

Support Project Managers on additional contracts, as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in administration, business, or a technical field related to the services required. Experience may be substituted for formal education.

Three-Five (3-5) years of experience in relevant programs (commercial and/or government) with demonstrated skills in program management in customer focused environment.

Three (3) years of experience in the coordination and analysis of multiple projects of a similar business scope and staffing level to that described in contract.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills to engender rapport with military personnel, civilians, and other contracts at all levels of government.

Ability to aggregate a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

Ability to identify Definable Features of Work.

Knowledge of national security program directives and standards is a must.

Knowledge of Microsoft Project scheduling.

Knowledge of Microsoft applications and programs.

Excellent writing and speaking skills are essential.

Electronic Security experience preferred.

Construction experience preferred.

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred.
