Responsibilities:
The Unit Manager assumes 24-hour accountability and responsibility for the operation of the assigned unit. He/she combines clinical expertise with the application of leadership and nursing management principles to deliver high quality, cost-effective patient care and ensure satisfaction to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
3-5 years experience in a similar unit.
Registered Nurse License in state of Maryland.
