What You'll Do:

Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.

Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.

Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.

Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times.

Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.

What You Need:

Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.

Valid local driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

What YOU will bring as a HVAC Installer:

At least three (3) years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge

HVAC degree or equivalent

Must Have EPA Universal 608 Certification

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Acceptable criminal background record

Strong customer service skills

Strong mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities:

What YOU will do as a HVAC Installer:

Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications

Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation

Properly connect equipment

HVAC Installer serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems

HVAC Installer cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information

For each HVAC installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it

Document work performed in accordance with company procedure

Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge

Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date

Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards

HVAC Installer will maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions

All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager

Drive a box truck and ensure that it is properly maintained
