Overview:

Responsible for leading, developing, and managing Market Managers, Market Sales Managers, District Sales Managers, and Sr. District Sales Manages within their assigned geographic area to drive sales, achieve established goals and enhance the customer experience aligned with company brand expectations.

The Regional Director will have full accountability for all stores within their assigned geographic area and be responsible for financial results, including all key metrics. The Regional Director works to ensure stores execute all operational functions and comply with company policies, procedures and applicable state laws.

Responsibilities:

The Regional Director is the voice of their assigned geographic area. This leader builds and maintains strong relationships across the entire organization with an enhanced focus on collaboration with their peers and the Customer Support Center.

Provides strategic leadership, planning, and execution of solutions for current and future business needs

Possess high level of professionalism, confidentially, maturity, and interpersonal skills/agility in conjunction with solid problem-solving skills and a strategic business sense

Utilizes data, trend analysis, statistical reports, and benchmarking to conduct root cause analysis of the current state of business and identification of metric-driven solutions

Holds profit & loss responsibility for their region while ensuring consistent policy and procedure compliance

Develops and maintains customer loyalty by ensuring a selling culture exists within an assigned geographic area that provides a lasting connection to the company brand

Provides coaching, mentoring, and overall direction of accountabilities to Market Managers, Market Sales Managers District Sales Managers, and Sr.District Sales Managers in order to achieve company goals

Maintain a constant focus on building a high-performing team through training, and development to establish a people-centric culture to retain health enthusiasts and support low turnover

Ensures the team values diversity, equity, and inclusion and supports a fair and respectful work environment for both Health Enthusiasts and customers

Ensures the safety/security of company assets, customers, and Health Enthusiasts

Communicates business and financial objectives to assigned geographic area

Requires assigned geographic area to provide an outstanding customer experience

Adapts to frequent changes in priorities and adjusts as circumstances dictate

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directs, guides and evaluates an assigned number of Market Managers, Market Sales Managers District Sales Managers, and Sr.District Sales Managers

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)

Experience:

5-10 years related and relevant, multi-store experience as a Regional Director preferably in a retail environment (equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable)
