Here's what you'll do:

Architect the future of the Gleeble: You'll be responsible for the software and embedded systems design of our DSI equipment, with a specific focus on pushing the boundaries of the Gleeble's capabilities and functionality.

Lead the Innovation Charge: Identify new business opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for DSI.

Become a Technical Guru: Provide expert direction for junior engineers and the production team, ensuring best practices are followed.

Bridge the Gap: Liaise between customers, production, and service engineering departments, managing ECOS and tickets based on their feedback.

Champion Safety: Be an active participant in fostering a strong safety culture within the plant.

B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

5-8 years of relevant hands-on experience

Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, communication standards, and embedded systems design

Proficiency in multiple programming languages

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary range: $125K-$150K annually, with potential for growth
