Maintain and grow an established practice in an affluent community

Take over existing patient panel

Join 2 PT PAs, 1 FT PA, and 1 PT RN

Must be board certified or board eligible

Graduating residents are welcome to apply

2 weeks of vacation time and 6 holidays; CME time available
