Job Description

An established manufacturer of architectural hardware and industrial components seeks a career-minded Inside Sales Representative to support business operations. This is a direct hire position offering $21 per hour with an excellent benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Requirements of the Inside Sales Representative:

At least an associate’s degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Some office experience

Customer-oriented experience

Education or experience related to manufacturing, architecture, design, construction, business, e-commerce, product development, marketing, or sales is desired

Team-oriented with strong troubleshooting and organizational skills

Inquisitive and takes initiative

Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suites

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:

Support customers, sales team, and management with a variety of support duties

Confirm product price and availability

Provide product information and troubleshooting needs

Sending product literature or samples as needed

Process customer orders and return authorizations

Provide invoice copies, proof of deliver, and other order information

Facilitate large and special orders

Assist with special projects, problem analysis and reporting

Attend tradeshows (infrequent/rare)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
