Job Description

General accounting: Assist with A/R and A/P teams on data entry, filing and organizing documents, and mailing out physical invoices and checks.

General accounting: Assist with A/R team on collection of past due invoices.

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Perform general office duties, such as answering and forwarding phone calls

Generate return labels for part orders

Assist with other duties and responsibilities may be required as necessary.

Requirements

Associate degree, Entry level, 1+ year of administrative/office/clerical experience

Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills; some knowledge of X3 will be a plus

Qualifications

Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.

Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently and proactively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Must work independently and complete duties with minimum supervisionCompany Description
