Busy hotel, west End's only Marriott brand - Four Points by Sheraton - is seeking a part-time with the potential to grow a Full-time Guest Service Agent (Front Desk) for immediate hire. Come Join a Great Team.

Duties:

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel front desk and the overall guest experience.

Checking guests into and out of the hotel.

Handling in-house requests.

Communicating with other departments.

Answering telephones within Marriott standards.

Taking reservations for the hotel.

Requirements:

Incredible personality - Great Smile - Genuinely Friendly.

Prior experience is a plus but not required.

Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Being visible present and standing for whole shift.

Great organization skills.

Dependable & Reliable.

Professional Appearance.

This position requires a flexible schedule including the ability to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
