Customer Service Representative (Freight forwarding account)
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years Experience in Freight Forwarding
Graduate of BS in Customs Administration, Supply Chain and Logistics, or any related field.
Good Communication and People skills.
Organized and can handle multi-tasking.
Willing to work beyond office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Handles/Assists sales inquiries and shipments.
Handles agent inquiries and shipments.
Prepare to cost for Billing statements.
Check shipping line rate for export inquiry sales and agents.
Prepares quotation for agent/and or sales if needed.
Daily monitoring for all ongoing shipments.
Booking with shipping lines for nomination shipments.
Prepares monthly Production reports for Agents' nomination and business development.
Willing to work on-site.
Knowledgeable in INCOTERMS.
Can start asap.
