Yardi software and CRM helpful

Bilingual Spanish helpful

Seeking a dynamic candidate with the ability to multitask

Driven personality and a willingness to learn

Ideal candidate would have an interest in a growth opportunity,

Previous sales office skills required

Duties:

The Leasing agent will be one of the first point of contact in the office

Greeting vendors, walk-ins and residents

Daily will check the leads que and follow up on any correspondence required unit availability, pricing, tour schedule and details related to the community

Daily will keep the office tidy and neat for professional presentation

Will submit work orders from current residents to the maintenance team

The leasing agent will submit and update all marketing efforts for the community on Craigslist, Zillow, and Apartments.com

Assist with rent checks and submit notices of delinquency
