Medical Sonographer (Part Time)

Great opportunity for someone looking to just work 1 day per week! This position is 10am-7pm every Sunday. Hours can be flexible.

Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Sonography

ARDMS certified

Responsibilities

• Preparing the diagnostic equipment before appointments

• Discussing the procedure and medical history with patients

• Positioning the patient to produce the highest-quality images

• Creating images of organs and tissues for diagnostic and assessment purposes using an ultrasound transducer

• Ensuring the generated images are clear and capture the necessary information

• Identifying potential abnormalities detected with the images

• Providing a summary of the findings and documenting it in patient records

• Communicating with physicians and other medical team members, who use the images to make a diagnosisCompany Description
