Building Construction - Carpenter Foreman

G-Net Construction is looking to hire a BUILDING CONSTRUCTION CARPENTER FOREMAN! We are a full-service general construction company offering a full-time opportunity to grow with us!

Responsibilities:

Read project blueprints

Manage schedules and attendance of small field crew (2-4 field staff)

Oversee construction area and the use of tools and equipment

Emphasize safe use of all tools and equipment and enforce the proper use of safety gear, like helmets and goggles

Manage employees to ensure the project is kept on schedule

Perform hands-on construction work daily

Requirements:

Must be able to work as part of a team of 2-9 carpenters.

Must have 5+ years of carpentry experience in commercial projects.

Must have own basic carpentry hand and power tools

OSHA 40 is required.

Experience working on hospitals or medical facility projects is a plus.

A valid driver's license and own vehicle/truck is a plus.
