Responsibilities:

Lead with a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude" to ensure excellent guest satisfaction, fostering a hands-on management style that inspires and motivates the team.

Harness your leadership skills to control costs and manage labor effectively, optimizing operations for success.

Inspect the establishment and oversee adherence to health, safety, and liquor regulations to maintain a safe and compliant environment.

Uphold accuracy in paperwork, including daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursements, and payroll records.

Qualifications:

Bring at least 2+ years of upscale/fine dining restaurant management experience.
