We are looking for an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team!

What we need from you:

Operate, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, chilled water, and air-conditioning systems on the Regis Lowell Campus.

Assist in maintaining and repairing steam and hot water boiler systems, including storage tanks, pumps, boilers, valves, fan coil units, and furnaces, ensuring EMS controls are within parameters.

Primary technician in monitoring all HVAC equipment through existing Direct Digital control systems.

Have knowledge and abilities to work with electricians, plumbers, and other trades people as needed and as it applies to job duties.

Perform all necessary paperwork and documentation to include service reports, work order completions, purchase requisitions, and inventory.

What we are looking for:

City of Denver HVAC certificate or capability of getting one within six months

Five years of experience in HVAC maintenance and installation

Five years’ experience in electronic controls and DDC systems

Electrical skills needed to solve related HVAC needs

Valid Colorado Driver’s License

Able to pass a criminal background check

An honest person who treats people with respect
