Duties:

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Manage project portfolios and ensure timely completion within budget

- Utilize tools for project management, such as Basecamp, to track progress and communicate with teams

- Oversee cost control measures and budget allocation for various projects

- Lead risk management efforts to mitigate potential issues

- Handle conflict management within teams effectively

- Implement agile methodologies to adapt to changing business needs

- Conduct business process modeling to streamline operations

- Ensure effective scope management to meet project objectives

Requirements:

- Proven experience in operations management

- Strong knowledge of project portfolio management principles

- Proficiency in tools like Basecamp for project tracking

- Familiarity with scope, risk, time, and conflict management practices

- Ability to implement agile methodologies in operational strategies
