Senior Manager

Manage resources and implement strategies that streamline production processes to achieve the desired output in a cost-effective manner; Achieve financial objectives by developing short-term and long-term business plans and analyzing business performance; Coordinate annual budget plan, business plan, employee plan, and facility investment plan to attain desirable profit-making results for the company; Prepare estimates of costs for the companys products to establish prices of products and to forecast production; Review pricing and profitability and perform competitive analysis along with technology assessments for product launches; Monitor and control production costs as the project progresses, track how costs differ from the estimated budget, and reduce deviations from the budget; Analyze and identify key areas of improvement to drive cost reductions and improve production efficiency; Monitor and manage cost-determining factors; and Allocate necessary manpower to effectively run the production process.

Supervise and train subordinates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

2 years of work experience involving resource management and maximizing cost efficiencies.
